Undertaken by Aon, the Client Experience 2020 Benchmark report compares the scores for WH Ireland’s clients to a unique, industry-leading benchmark of peer firms from the UK wealth management industry.
Amongst 11 other competitor firms participating in the survey, WH Ireland received the highest score for financial planning satisfaction. Clients with a financial plan are happier and more likely to remain with the firm.
We also ranked 4th in client outcomes with at least 90% of respondents agreeing products and services meet their needs & goals and offer suitable risk. In addition, 82% of clients are overall satisfied with the service they are receiving from us.
