WHIreland Corporate & Institutional Broking is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher Hardie, ACA as a Director of Corporate Finance. With over thirty years in Corporate Finance advisory working primarily for UK integrated and independent investment banks Chris brings a wealth of experience and extensive network of contacts to the growing WHIreland Corporate Finance team.
Chris joins following 13 years with Arden Partners where he was a Director in Corporate Finance. Prior to Arden he was head of Corporate Finance at Teather & Greenwood, and also worked in the Corporate advisory departments of KPMG, Charterhouse Securities, and Kleinwort Benson.
In the last 12 months, whilst at Arden Partners, Chris led the Corporate advisory team on the IPO of Anexo Group plc, raising £25m; the move from AIM to a Premium Listing on the Main Market of Palace Capital plc and a £20m fund raise by Jersey Oil & Gas plc.
Chris is a member of the Primary Markets experts group of the Quoted Companies Alliance.
