WHIreland led a fundraising for the fully subscribed placing of £1.1m to enable client Versarien plc (AIM: VRS), to acquire AAC Cyroma Limited for initial consideration of £1.4m, a specialist plastics manufacturing business serving a range of sectors including automotive and fast moving consumer goods. Versarien believes this will be the first dedicated graphene enhanced plastics manufacturing factory in the world.
