We are delighted to announce that we have been appointed Joint Broker to James Halstead plc. Based in Manchester, the firm was founded in 1915 by James Halstead and is a significant manufacturer and international distributor of commercial floor coverings.
Today, listed on AIM with a market capitalisation of £1bn+, Halstead’s flooring products are found in schools, hospitals, public, commercial and residential buildings around the world. The company’s directors still include members of the Halstead family, and the business continues to look to a future of innovation in new product development.
