WH Ireland has received notification that on 12 March 2010 Nigel Gurney, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 36 pence each. Following this purchase, Nigel Gurney is interested in 10,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
