ESOT Trading
On 4 October 2022 the Company’s Employee Share Option Trust (“ESOT“), the trustee for which is Sanne Fiduciary Services Limited (“Sanne“), satisfied the exercise of certain employee share options and accordingly transferred 222,082 Ordinary Shares in the Company at nil cost to such holders. The options had been issued pursuant to the terms of the Company’s EMI Share Option Scheme.
The total number of shares now held by Sanne, as trustee of the ESOT, is 2,767,418 Ordinary Shares representing 4.45% of the total issued share capital of the Company (“ESOT Shares“).
