Notice of Interest
WH Ireland announces that, following the departure of Paul Compton from the Company which was announced on 13 December 2012, Paul Compton’s interest in the 2,128,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares“) which he holds jointly with the WH Ireland Group plc Employee Share Ownership Trust (“ESOT“) (details of which are included in the Company’s announcement of 2nd November 2011) have lapsed with effect from 27 December 2012.
As a consequence of this, the 2,128,000 Ordinary Shares (representing 8.98% of the issued share capital of the Company) are now held by the ESOT which is operated by Sanne Trust Company Limited as trustee of the ESOT.
