WH Ireland jointly with Panmure Gordon are Bookrunners on the Admission of Mailbox REIT plc which is expected to have a market capitalisation of £116 million. The raise is £62.5 million and will be done by way of Placing, Intermediary Offer and Offer for Subscription.
This will be the first issue on the International Property Securities Exchange (IPSX), which is an FCA regulated stock exchange focussed principally on single Property assets in a closed ended structure.
The management of Mailbox will be available 12.00pm on Wednesday and 9.00am on Friday UK time in a group webinar to be hosted via Zoom.

The Property
The Mailbox is an iconic Birmingham landmark comprising largely office based space in a prime multi-use property covering 4.8 acres close to Brindley Place, New Street Station and Broad Street with substantial car parking facilities.

- secure office/car park revenue underpins initial 5% yield, in current market conditions, potentially rising to 8% as some retail space is converted to office.
