WHIRELAND CORPORATE & INSTITUTIONAL BROKING ANNOUNCES THREE NEW APPOINTMENTS
WHIreland Corporate & Institutional broking (‘CIB’) is pleased to announce three new appointments within the Corporate Finance department, as part of its ongoing commitment to its corporate and institutional client base.
Ben Thorne has been appointed as Managing Director, Corporate Finance. Having qualified as a solicitor Ben specialised in corporate law before moving into Investment Banking with Kleinwort Benson where he advised small/midcap corporates on a range of Capital Markets and M&A transactions. Ben has also worked in corporate finance/broking with UK advisers GCA Altium and Panmure Gordon.
Darshan Patel has been appointed as Associate Manager, Corporate Finance. Darshan joins WHIreland after over 4 years as a Corporate Finance Analyst with Hybridan LLP.
Finally, Lydia Zychowska has been appointed as Executive, Corporate Finance. Lydia joined WHIreland in March 2019 after qualifying as a chartered accountant at EY.
These new appointments follow on from the successful appointment of Chris Hardie as Director, Corporate Finance last year.
