Established in 2005, our Leeds office is a leading provider of Corporate Broking and Corporate Finance services to growing businesses across the North of England including Leeds. We have strong credentials in a number of sectors both nationally and internationally and the WH Ireland mining and natural resource franchise is based out of Leeds. Historically we were  Co-Lead Manager on the US$1.2bn refinancing of North Yorkshire-based Sirius Minerals. More recently, in September 2020 the Leeds office corporate finance team lead the IPO of Various Eateries plc raising £25m to assist in their roll out of Coppa Club and Tavolino restaurant concepts. We act as Nomad and corporate adviser to a number of Yorkshire based public companies and more recently the Leeds team have been acting as broker for Phoenix Copper raising £16.5m (March 2021); Jubilee Metals Group raising £14.5m (January 2021) and Arc Minerals raising £1.8m (March 2021 with an earlier £2m raise in January 2021).
